Processing time
Orders are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation, Monday to Saturday.
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. Remote areas may take 1–2 extra days.
Payment at delivery
All orders are Cash on Delivery. Please keep the exact order total ready in cash for the rider and check your parcel at delivery where the courier allows it.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your address and mobile number when ordering. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or an unreachable number, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

7-day easy return
If your socks arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund of the amount you paid for the item.
Conditions
- The item should be unused and in its original packaging for change-of-mind returns.
- Damaged or incorrect items are always replaced or refunded, used or not — just tell us what arrived.
- For hygiene reasons, worn socks cannot be returned for change of mind.
How to start a return
Message us from the Contact page with your order number, mobile number, and a short description (a photo of a damaged item helps). Refunds for prepaid couriers are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the item back; COD replacements are dispatched the same way as your original order.

Orders
An order is confirmed once we reach you on the mobile number provided. We may cancel an order if the number is unreachable after repeated attempts or the address cannot be serviced by our couriers.
Product use
This is a cosmetic foot-care product for external use. If you have a skin condition, diabetes-related foot concerns, or irritation occurs, stop use and consult a doctor. Results vary from person to person.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Pakistani consumer law.
